Sessions start from just 30 minutes, and most mentors do one or two a month. Everything is remote — no commute. You can adjust your commitment at any point.
We match on industry, career goals, personality and availability. You'll receive a profile of your proposed mentee before anything is confirmed — and can always decline a match.
In some cases, mentees may contribute a small fee for mentorship sessions or platform access. As a nonprofit initiative, any proceeds collected are donated to charities and initiatives supporting women and girls, including charities selected by mentors whenever possible.
None. BBG is 100% not-for-profit. Mentors volunteer their time freely. The only investment is your experience and your time — and we take that seriously.
